I need to adjust the shade tension on my roller shade. How do I do this?

1. With shade mounted in the window, pull down half way and remove from brackets.
2. Roll shade up by hand.
3. Re-mount shade into brackets and test tension.  Repeat if necessary.  (Note: Over winding spring mechanism may cause permanent damage.)
4. If spring is too strong, remove rolled up shade from brackets.  Unroll several turns by hand.  Replace in brackets.
