What do I do if I receive a broken blind/shade?
If this was a blind/shade purchased online at Lowes.com or Levolor.com, please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 538-6567. You will need to provide the purchase order number, size and color of the blind. Please let them know if the box was crushed, broken open, cut or left out in the weather. If this blind was purchased at a different retailer, contact that retailer and provide the same information.
